Turbulator

The peculiarity of turbuators such as TC-type is that their blades, spinning the upward flow, are made of cord-reinforced rubber; flexible enough not make significant resistance during the landing, but rather tough and durable, to baffle the upward flow and to provide the increase of the degree of mud removal in the annulus of the well.

Our TC-type turbulator is on par with the best world samples, and one of the key indicators of its quality is the degree of flow turbulence to the local hydraulic resistance – that is higher than achieved by other models. The optimum ratio of the length of the blades and their angle to the vertical axis, the combination of sufficient toughness and elasticity provides the maximum value of performance index.

In the turbuator code (eg. TC-140/212-216) indicated:
TC – the type of turbulator;
140 – diameter of the string to be equipped;
212-216 – diameter of the open hole.
