Throttle non-return valve with plug

Top cement plug with clamp TCPC (pic. 1) is designed to separate the cement slurry from displacement fluid during cementing operations, as well as to obtain a clear stop signal when it is landed in the valve seat or in a stop pipe.Plug TCPC has some extra features compared to standard plug of type TP. At the front of the plug there is a head (fig. 1, pic. 1) with check ring (fig. 2, pic. 1) and two seal rings (pig. 3, pic. 1), which when planting plugs into the appropriate check valve seat (fig. 1, pic. 2) or stop pipe, fixes it and eliminates overflow of cement slurry at back pressure up to 25 MPa, that is, plug of type TCPCis a back-up element of a non-return valve of types CVОDМ and CVОDU. Base of the head (fig. 1 , pic. 1), is equipped with a ring gear (fig. 4, pic. 1). When using it with a valve or stop pipe, which have the appropriate gear seat (fig. 1, pic. 2) turning of the plug when drilling it is eliminated.
