Turbogen centralizer

Turbogen centralizers are of 2 types – TCG and NCZS.
Structurally turbogen centralizer of type ЦТГ is solid-cast cylindrical body made of aluminum alloy with tilted blades.
On turbogen centralizer of NCZS type rigid blades are welded to the cylindrical body at an angle.

Turbogen centralizers are designed for use in deviated and horizontal wells, especially if there are key seats in the open hole. These products perform two simultaneous functions: centralize the casing, preventing it from falling into the key seats, and spin the upward flow with its tilted blades, causing flow turbulence and improving the mud removal. Technical and economic benefits from the use of turbogen centralizers is caused by two factors: fast landing and preventing any complications, and increased quality of cementing due to good centralizing and upward flow turbulence; as well as by reducing the initial cost of equipping the casting with national equipment, compared to the expensive import.
To provide optimum flow, the blades of turbogen centralizers cover all the 360 ° of surface of open borehole.
These products provide the stand-off at least of 67%.
