Linear-motion shale shaker

Shale shakers are designed for drilling mud cleaning. Linear-motion shale shakers like model CB 1Lare made to the best samples of such foreign firms as “SWACO”, “Derrick”, etc., and are manufactured in two versions:

СV 1L– designed to complete mud circulation systems of drilling rigs of all classes;
СV 1L-02 – used both in mud circulation systems of drilling rigs, and to equip both mobile and stationary mud circulation systems while WO operations and side tracking in operating wells;

Shale shakerСV 1L has a number of important advantages over shale shaker VC – 1:
– you can control performance of the shale shaker, and sieve residue moisture without changing a screen, which increases the service life of the screen by 30-40%;
– improves the transportation of sieve residue, which also increases the performance of the shaker;
– allows to avoid loss of drill fluid and obtain the sieve with low moisture;
– scatters the energy of drill fluid falling on the screen and distributes the fluid more evenly over the back-end of the screen, which increases its durability;
– no strings used in mounting the screen, which greatly simplifies and speeds up the replacement.

Shakers are equipped with two electric motors (СV1L) or electromechanical vibratorsof Russian (СV1LM) and Italian (СV1LMI) production. Applied motors and vibrators areexplosion-proof in explosion-proof enclosure.

Single or three-layer screen can be mounted on the product. For single-layer screens and a top frame of three-layer screen a frame with mesh width in clear from 0,1х0,1 to 0,9х0,9 mm is used. As thebottom frame of the three-layer screens a frame with a mesh width in clear from 2,0 x2, 0 to 2,8 x2, 8 mm is used.
