Linear-motion shaker screen

To improve durability of the screens when cleaning the mud, a fine-meshed frame of three-layer screen is thermally stuck together over the surface with large-mesh bottom frame by a plastic cage with a mesh width of 40 to 50 mm.

In case of the breakout of some meshes the screen can be repaired by sticking and filling or vulcanization of broken meshes. Allowed to repair up to 10% of the screen surface.
All screen sizes with a frame of 0,044×0, 044 mm (325×325 mesh) to 0,9×0, 9 mm (19×19 mesh) and larger are available.
Mesh size of the underlain frame from 2,0×2, 0 mm to 2,8×2, 8 mm.
