Casing centralizer

Our plant manufactures three types of centralizers of conventional sizes from 102 to 426 mm.
Centralizers of type CC– bow string hinged joint with arched planks for casing cementing in straight and deviated (15-20 degrees) wells;
centralizers of type CC 2 – used to cement strings in vertical and deviated wells areNB Stabs based on the size and shape of the construction of a trapezoidal locator lug;
centralizers of type CCС – bow string welded with arched planks, used for casing cementing in straight and deviated wells, as well as in cases of joining side-tracking wells with a help of small-diameter liners, led through the windows in the production casing in order to extend the life of the old well stock.
Our centralizers keep up with the best world samples of such companies as Weatherford, Halliburton, etc., and guarantee the stand-off of 67% according to the requirements of API 10D (American Petroleum Institute).
Increased technical-and-economic efficiency of the centralizers is based on reliable RIH operations, preventing the casting pipes from sticking to the walls of open hole or landing the coupling faces on the key seats.
Our centralizers significantly increase the quality of cementing process by preventing the formation of pockets in the low annular clearance between the casing and the borehole walls, and also by performing a function of metal insert in reinforced concrete formed behind the string after hardening of cement.
In the centralizer code (eg, CC-2-168/216) is indicated:
CC, CC-2, CPС– type;
102 … 168 … 245 … 324 – diameter of the string to be equipped;
/ 191-216…/216…/270…/295 – diameter of the open hole within the range of casing string centering.
